Reaching those who need help.
We believe that health and wellness education is the key to optimal growth for our children and families. Our health programs are designed to ensure that preventative care advances and vital health resources reach those who need them most.
Program Overview
Living Well is designed to improve the lives of those who are at risk of developing or have been diagnosed with a chronic disease. LivingWell incorporates the Stanford Medicine Self-Management Curriculum that teaches community participants healthy eating, health-monitoring, and problem-solving techniques to better manage their health. In addition, Living Well promotes healthy activity through low-impact exercise initiatives such as walking clubs and family fitness sessions to get the community active by leading walking groups and exercise sessions.
