Living Well Program

The goal of our Living Well program is to improve the lives of those at risk for developing diabetes or who have been diagnosed with the disease.  Health education and activities are designed to focus on being active, healthy eating/monitoring, taking medication, problem-solving, reducing risk and healthy coping. Project TOTTS

Project TOTTS (Together Our Tots Thrive & Survive) works in collaboration with Broward Healthy Start to provide comprehensive prenatal and infant educational empowerment programs. Program activities include community outreach, nutrition seminars and workshops, childbirth education, home visiting and parenting education and support.
