Program Overview

Living Well is a program that works to improve the lives of those who are at risk for developing diabetes or who have been diagnosed with the disease. We host (Stanford Medicine Self Management Curriculum) health education classes that teach our community healthy eating, health monitoring, and problem-solving techniques. We encourage our community to get active by leading walking groups and exercise sessions.
