Ready for Summer? 


 

The Urban League of Broward County is now accepting applications for the 2017 Summer Enrichment Program. 

The Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) offers eligible students the opportunity to create, discover and learn through a variety of activities. Our experienced staff focuses on educational development and social experiences that bring students together in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

Monday - Friday

ELIGIBILITY

Elementary Grades -  students entering grades 2-5 in the 2016/17 academic year
Middle Grades - students entering grades 6-8 in the 2016/17 academic year (William Dandy students and middle school siblings of participating elementary students ONLY).

FEES

There is no cost to attend for middle school students. Fees for students enrolled in elementary school will be assessed on a sliding scale based on household income. 

APPLICATION

To apply, complete the Summer Enrichment Program Package that will be provided at the mandatory orientation  sessions:

  • Wednesday, April 19, 2017
  • Tuesday, April 25, 2017
  • Thursday, May 4, 2017
  • Tuesday, May 9, 2017
  • Wednesday, May 17, 2017

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Note: Parent/Guardians must submit copies of the following items along with their application at orientation:

  • child's birth certificate;
  • last for digits of child's social security number;
  • report card from the last reporting period;
  • parent/ guardian's identification (ex. driver's license, state identification)

All of the documents listed above (supporting documents along with application) must be submitted at orientation. Space in summer camp is limited, and all documents must be submitted in order to secure your child's enrollment.
