First Time Homebuyers Workshop
About the Event
- Complete the 4-hour CreditSmart Homebuyer U Online Course and receive a certificate of completion.-The course is "self-paced" (sign in/out as often as needed to complete the course). Click here to begin.
- Send the certificate of completion to housing@ulbcfl.org
- A UL HUD-approved Housing Counselor will respond and forward the Intake Application to complete. Once completed, return the Intake Application to housing@ulbcfl.org and a free one-on-one pre/post purchase session will be scheduled. The session includes a financial analysis of your income, assets, and expenses.
- You have completed the Urban League's First Time Homebuyer Workshop!
