HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELING- The Homeownership Center is designed to educate potential first-time homebuyers on the process and to produce successful homeowners. Also provides comprehensive housing counseling for individuals facing foreclosure, debt reduction counseling, financial literacy workshops and grant/loan application assistance.
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTS (IDA) - The IDA program designed to increase knowledge and wealth in the low-income community by providing a 2:1 match savings program that will allow you to either purchase your first home, continue post secondary education or establish a small business. Quarterly financial literacy workshops are held to encourage good budgeting and savings technique.
