The Urban League of Broward County (ULBC) will be closed on Thursday, September 7, 2017 and Friday, September 8, 2017, due to the threat of Hurricane Irma. All programs and events scheduled at the Urban League's Community Empowerment Center have been canceled until further notice.

We will continue to monitor the path of Hurricane Irma and will evaluate the condition of our facility following the passing of the storm. Please call (954) 584-0777 for updates.
We are posting notices on www.ulbroward.org and social media platforms on Facebook and Twitter, and have updated our main phone number voice message for the duration of this storm. The ULBC Emergency Response Team will be communicating periodically throughout the weekend and into early next week, and we will keep you informed and advise when the Urban League has reopened and returned to normal operation.
